About 3D Tudor
3D Tudor is a Blender and game art education studio founded by bestselling Blender author Neil Bettison. Since 2019, 3D Tudor has taught over 250,000 students worldwide through professional Blender, Unreal Engine 5, Geometry Nodes, and game art courses.
What we do
We create practical, project-based training for artists who want real production workflows — not isolated tips or fluff content. Our courses focus on Blender, Unreal Engine 5, Geometry Nodes, modular environment creation, stylized and realistic 3D modelling, materials, shaders, lighting, and portfolio-ready scenes.
Whether you are a complete beginner discovering Blender for the first time, a hobbyist building your portfolio, or a working professional adopting Geometry Nodes into your production pipeline, we design each course to deliver a complete, end-to-end skill. We make tutorials that respect your time and your ambition.
Beyond courses, 3D Tudor builds tools: procedural geometry node packs for everything from roof tiles to procedural creatures, custom brushes for Blender and ZBrush, decal kits, modular environment sets, and material packs. Every tool we ship is production-tested in our own studio work before it goes out the door.
Books & recognition
Neil Bettison is co-author of a #1 Amazon bestselling Blender book published by Packt. The book is part of Packt's professional 3D and game-art catalogue and is used by independent artists, students, and educators around the world.
Through 3D Tudor, Neil and the team have helped hundreds of thousands of students learn Blender fundamentals, environment art, game-ready workflows, Geometry Nodes, stylized 3D modelling, and professional 3D production techniques.
3D Tudor's training is available across Udemy, Skillshare, Gumroad, Superhive (formerly Blender Market), YouTube, and other creative learning platforms. That cross-platform footprint is how we've been able to reach so many artists in so many corners of the world.

Full workflows, not isolated tips
3D Tudor focuses on full workflows rather than isolated tips. Our training takes students from blank scene to final render, covering planning, modelling, UVs, materials, lighting, composition, optimization, and presentation.
We do not skip the boring parts. We don't rush past the planning phase. We don't gloss over UV unwrapping, topology cleanup, or the technical decisions that separate hobby work from production. Real 3D production requires every step done well — and our courses respect that.
That commitment to complete workflows is why so many of our students finish what they start. Many students use our training to build portfolio pieces, develop freelance-ready skills, and launch their own creative projects.

About Neil Bettison
Neil Bettison is the founder of 3D Tudor, a bestselling Blender author, and a 3D educator specializing in Blender, Unreal Engine 5, game art, and environment creation. Since founding 3D Tudor in 2019, Neil and the team have built a large library of practical 3D training used by students worldwide.
Neil's teaching style focuses on demystifying complex topics. Whether it's Geometry Nodes, modular environment design, stylized 3D modelling, or full game-ready production, he approaches every subject the same way: break it down, build it up, ship a real result.
That philosophy shapes everything 3D Tudor publishes — from individual YouTube tutorials through full multi-hour courses, downloadable tool packs, and the Packt book.
Our team
3D Tudor works with a small creative team of educators, artists, editors, and technical specialists to produce courses, books, tools, and resources for the Blender and game art community.
Every product we ship represents collaborative work between content experts and production specialists — from initial course design through final video editing and post-launch student support. That collaboration is what lets us cover the full spectrum of 3D production at a quality level we're proud to put our name on.
